Retail, Indoor Cultivation, Microbusiness with a retail component, and Mixed Light Cannabis Cultivation shall not be located within 1,000 feet of any Child Day Care Center, K-12 school, public park, or Youth Center. 

Cannabis Storefront and Non-Storefront Retailers shall not be located within 1,000 feet of any other Cannabis Retailer

Cannabis Storefront and Non-Storefront Retailers shall not be located within 500 feet of a smoke shop or similar facility

Non-volatile manufacturing, Distribution, and indoor cultivation – minimum 25 foot setback from residential zones.

Retail and volatile manufacturing – minimum 40 foot setback from residential zones.

When adjacent to a residential zone where the minimum setback from the residentially zoned lot lines shall be 25 feet. In the event that a Cannabis Microbusiness Facility includes retail sales of Cannabis, then the minimum setback from residentially zoned lot lines shall be 40 feet.

When adjacent to a residentially zoned lot, the Cannabis Cultivation Area for all Mixed Light Cannabis Cultivation shall be setback a minimum of 100 feet from the adjacent residentially zoned lot lines.

Except for Medium Mixed Light Cannabis Cultivation, the Cannabis Cultivation Area for Mixed Light Cannabis Cultivation shall be setback a minimum of 50 feet from all lot lines and public right-of-ways.

The Cannabis Cultivation Area for Medium Mixed Light Cannabis Cultivation shall be setback a minimum of 100 feet from all lot lines and public right-of-ways.

The Premises for all Cannabis Wholesale Nurseries shall be setback a minimum of 50 feet from the lot lines and public right-of ways.
