CREC NETWORK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for your membership in the CREC Network. Our purpose is to provide the environment needed to support and close your broker related transactions in the legal cannabis industry throughout the United States.
Your membership in the CREC Network is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Portal Access. Our Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the CREC Portal (containing the various electronic tools and regulatory maps) and agree to use this information for professional purposes only. Member acknowledges that they are not to provide log-in credentials to any third party. This license is granted on a 3 month term minimum on Member’s monthly membership fee. You hereby authorize CREC to charge $250 immediately and 30 and 60 days thereafter ($750 in total).
2. Proprietary Technology. While CREC will utilize its best efforts to keep information contained on the CREC Portal up to date and accurate, no assurance is provided that the information is true, accurate and complete. Members are advised to verify information sourced from the CREC Portal under all circumstances. Members confirm that the CREC Portal and all information contained therein constitute the property of CREC and that no rights of title or ownership are granted to Member other than the above limited license.
3. Legal Purpose. Member acknowledges that it will only access the CREC Portal for legal purposes and it will not directly or indirectly allow the utilization of the CREC Portal to support or assist any unlawful operations.
4. Other Member Benefits. CREC will continue to update Members as additional technologies and resources are developed. This presently includes twice monthly webinars providing regulatory information, but also allowing brokers to expose their listings and buyers to other Members. CREC is presently developing an auction website to be located at www.cannabids.com and will update Members as the launch date approaches.
5. Other Terms. CREC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time; Member may not assign its license to access the CREC Portal for any reason whatsoever. In the event of a dispute related to or arising from these Terms and Conditions such dispute shall be resolved before the Superior Court in Orange County, California.
CREC DIRECTORY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for electing to participate in the CREC Directory. Our Directory provides cannabis industry professionals the opportunity to advertise and engage directly with the web traffic on our various websites.
Your participation in the CREC Directory is subject to the following terms:
1. Network Board Access. Directory participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the CREC Portal (containing the various electronic tools and regulatory maps) and agree to use this information for professional purposes only. Member acknowledges that they are not to provide log-in credentials to any third party. This license is granted from month to month contingent on your continued participation in the CREC Directory.
2. Clients and Traffic. You will be provided with electronic buttons for each state that you have selected for your chosen professional field. For example, insurance in the state of Michigan. You will be provided with all website traffic that has expressed an interest in your state and profession; it is then your responsibility to conduct due diligence regarding all traffic and discuss the terms of engaging your firm. CREC has provided no consideration of the viability or qualifications of any potential clients provided. This button will be provided on a month to month basis contingent upon your paying your monthly fee for CREC Directory participation.
3. Legal Purpose. Participant acknowledges that it will only access the CREC Portal or leads provided through the CREC Directory for legal purposes and it will not directly or indirectly allow the utilization of the CREC Portal or CREC Directory to support or assist any unlawful operations.
