Ryan was born and raised in Southern California and discovered that he was destined for a career in real estate from a very young age. He also believes that no plant that grows from the earth should be illegal.
When he was 14 years old Ryan unwittingly found himself in the midst of his family’s relocation (and six figure negotiation) when he answered the home phone from a prospective Seller who gave their price and he asked if they could do $50,000 less with his parent’s best interests at heart.
After graduating from San Clemente High School and being a member of their National Championship Surf Team, Ryan immediately relocated to La Jolla, CA, where he completed his B.S. in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in Economics at San Diego State University. After a short stint working for a commercial developer, Ryan received his Real Estate Broker’s license and began working for a commercial real estate brokerage in La Jolla, CA. For approximately 5 years he grew to become an expert in the commercial markets where he excelled at landlord and tenant representation, along with investment sale transactions across the western United States. His previous clients include Fortune 500 companies, public agencies, and investment funds.
In 2012 Ryan and his then fiancé relocated back to Orange County, which is where they had both grown up and had strong ties both personally and professionally. Lindsey pursued her dream career in fashion and Ryan began his foray into residential real estate by focusing on the investment side of the business by assisting investors and developers with their acquisition and disposition requirements. During this time Ryan became a master of valuation, analysis, and negotiation of development, land, and value add projects of all forms across the greater Southern California area. Ryan discovered that he could add the most value in the realm of buying and selling homes, commercial property, and investment developments by delivering a diverse real estate expertise as a licensed broker who has seen many facets of the industry. Ryan has represented some of the largest developers in the US for their acquisition needs.
